Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:

• Free shipping applies to Pelican case, lighting product, and Cooler orders over $195.00 (before taxes, and after any discounts).
• Orders must ship complete to qualify for free shipping.
• Orders must be shipped to qualifying destinations in Canada.
• Rural destinations may not qualify for free shipping (if your postal code contains a "0" it is considered rural).
• Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and PEI and Quebec unfortunately do not qualify for free shipping due to very high surcharges.
• Foam inserts do not qualify for free shipping.
• We reserve the right to correct shipping charges on any orders that may have mistakenly received free shipping but did not satisfy the above conditions.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates or shipping times for orders sent via Free Shipping.

The following transit times are "best estimates" for Free shipping transit times, and do not include the 1-2 business day order processing period. Deliveries to rural and outlying areas away from urban centres may take a day or two longer in any given province.

AB: 1-2 business days
BC: 2-3 business days
SK: 2-3 business days
MB: 3-4 business days
ON: 5-7 business days
NB: 7-9 business days

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

All orders are shipped from Canada. 

Regular Orders

• All regular non-rush and/or Free shipping orders have a processing time of  1-2 business days before the leave with the courier.

Rush Orders

• If you need a Rush Air overnight shipment, please contact us by phone (604-937-1851) or email to arrange it.
• Rush orders must be confirmed by 12pm PST (noon) to ship same day.

International Orders (USA only):

Any orders destined for the USA may incur additional shipping charges imposed by the courier and/or borders at the time of delivery to your door.

These additional charges may occur even if you'r order had Free shipping.

These charges may include:

• Import/Brokerage fees
• Local/National taxes and/or duty

We have no way to estimate these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused delivery due to unexpected additional charges can qualify for a refund (as per our refund policy), less the value of any shipping charges incurred by us to have the shipment returned.
